Omid has spent nearly two decades building businesses and advocating for underserved communities across Florida, working alongside mayors, commissioners, state legislators, and federal officials in support of families in need — work that earned him personal recognition from U.S. Senator Rick Scott. He is the founder of CAC Investment Strategies, which has guided hundreds of nonprofit organizations and institutions through formation and real estate since 2006, and is a longtime Associate Member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association. Omid personally leads NationFund's C-Kids Self-Defense & Confidence Program at Chabad West Boca, working hands-on with children ages 5–10 every week. He co-founded NationFund with his wife Jardana in 2020.

Jardana Michelle Schleimer Dallal graduated cum laude from the University of Denver with a double B.A. in International Relations and Spanish, along with minors in Mandarin Chinese and Chinese political systems. She served as President of her honor society, was inducted into Sigma Iota Rho (the national honor society for international studies), wrote an undergraduate thesis, competed on the debate team, and was a member of the university's ski team. Fluent in Spanish, Hebrew, and Mandarin Chinese in addition to English, Jardana went on to become Senior Paralegal and Case Manager at one of New York City's largest litigation law firms, where she oversaw the firm's entire paralegal department. She has long been a dedicated advocate for children with special needs, and co-founded NationFund with her husband Omid in 2020, bringing that same rigor, leadership, and hands-on advocacy to every family NationFund serves.

Michael is an Associate at Harras Bloom & Archer LLP in Melville, New York, where he represents clients across New York State in real estate transactions, real estate and business litigation, and land use and zoning matters — arguing at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court and presenting applications before zoning boards and regulatory agencies. He is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a member of the Nassau County, Suffolk County, and New York State Bar Associations. Michael holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, an M.Eng. from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and a B.S. with Honors from Hofstra University. As a NationFund Board Member, he brings his legal, engineering, and not-for-profit governance expertise to the organization's real estate, contracts, and strategic planning as it works to build a dedicated center for families of children with special needs.

Dr. Elissa Siony is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, adolescents, and families navigate anxiety, depression, and life's most difficult stressors. She earned her Psy.D. from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University's Albert Einstein College of Medicine and has spent more than two decades in practice across New York and South Florida. As NationFund's Clinical Advisor, Dr. Siony guides our approach to the familial impact of raising a child with a disability, helping shape programs and services that support parents' mental health and strengthen the coping systems families rely on to navigate day-to-day challenges. Her expertise ensures NationFund cares not only for the children we serve, but for the parents and caregivers standing beside them.

Amanda Stolcz is a board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with 13 years of clinical experience supporting children and families. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication Disorders from Hofstra University, holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and is licensed to practice in both New York and Florida. Amanda currently works within a Board of Education elementary school setting supporting students with special needs, and also provides Early Intervention services to children from birth to age three. Her clinical experience spans children on the Autism Spectrum, as well as those with Down Syndrome, emotional disabilities, intellectual disorders, speech and language delays, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) needs. Beyond direct therapy, Amanda works closely with parents and families to help generalize communication techniques into everyday life — at home, in school, and throughout their communities — giving children the greatest possible independence in how they connect with the world. As a NationFund Board Member, she brings this frontline clinical expertise to shaping programs that meet the real, day-to-day needs of the families we serve.

Dr. Justine Dallal-York is a clinical speech-language pathologist and rehabilitation scientist. She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Teachers College, Columbia University. She earned her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science with a concentration in Neuromuscular Plasticity from the University of Florida, and her master's degree in Biobehavioral Science with an advanced certificate in bilingual speech-language pathology from Teachers College, Columbia University. As Clinical Advisor in Rehabilitation Science, Dr. Dallal-York brings over a decade of interdisciplinary expertise to her work helping shape programs, resources, and advocacy efforts that support the children, families, and caregivers served by NationFund.
